Scientific Games to redeem 9¼% senior notes following tender offer

Norfolk, Va., June 4 - Scientific Games International, Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 9¼% senior subordinated notes due 2019 not tendered by the deadline of midnight ET on June 17, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.625 plus accrued interest on July 4.

The company also announced that it received tenders and consents from holders of $140,602,000, or about 40.2%, of its notes by the early tender deadline of 5 p.m. ET on June 3.

Scientific Games purchased the notes at $1,021.25 for each $1,000 principal amount. Holders also received an early tender amount of $30 for each $1,000 principal amount.

BofA Merrill Lynch (888 292-0070) is the dealer manager and solicitation agent for the tender offer. Global Bondholder Services Corp. (866 804-2200 or collect 212 430-3774) is the information agent and depositary.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
