California calls full Terraces San Joaquin; Retirement Housing bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 3 - The California Statewide Communities Development Authority called $13,875,000 of its series 2012B-2 tax-exempt mandatory paydown revenue bonds issued for the Terraces San Joaquin Gardens Project and all $40.86 million of series 2008 variable-rate demand revenue refunding bonds issued for the Retirement Housing Foundation Obligated Group, according to two notices.
The 2012B-2 bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 2 and the 2008 bonds will be redeemed on June 18.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent for the 2012B-2 bonds and the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee for the 2008 bonds.
