Modesto Irrigation, Calif., calls $50 million series 2004A COPs

Madison, Wis., June 2 - Modesto Irrigation District, Calif., issued a redemption notice for $50 million of its series 2004A capital improvements certificates of participation.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
