CIBC calls all series 33, 37 noncumulative rate reset preferreds

Norfolk, Va., June 2 - CIBC plans to redeem all of its series 33 and 37 noncumulative rate reset class A preferred shares for cash, according to a press release.

The preferreds will be redeemed on July 28 at C$25 per share plus a C$0.334375 per share quarterly dividend for the series 33 shares and a C$0.406250 dividend for the series 37 shares.

CIBC is a Toronto-based financial services company.
