Wyle Services to redeem all 10½% senior subordinated notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., May 29 - Wyle Services Corp. plans to redeem all of its 10½% senior subordinated notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.25 plus accrued interest on June 23.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Wyle is an El Segundo, Calif.-based provider of high-tech aerospace engineering, information technology and scientific services to the federal government.
