East Bay Municipal, Calif., calls $73.79 million water system bonds

Madison, Wis., May 22 - East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., issued a conditional notice of redemption for its $73,785,000 outstanding series 2011A-1 water system revenue refunding bonds due June 1, 2025.

The bonds will be redeemed in full on June 11 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

As of May 21, there was $74,085,000 principal amount of the bonds outstanding, but $300,000 of the bonds will be redeemed on June 1 due to a mandatory sinking fund redemption, leaving $73,785,000 to be redeemed on June 11.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
