Dasny's Catholic Health calls $83.28 million St. Francis bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 22 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York said the Catholic Health Services of Long Island Obligated Group intends to redeem $83.28 million of its series 2004 revenue bonds issued for the St. Francis Hospital Project, according to a press release.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1:

• $20.48 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $24.07 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2027; and

• $38.73 million of 5.1% bonds due July 1, 2034.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
