Chicago Midway Airport calls all 1998A, B second-lien revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., May 21 - The City of Chicago issued conditional notices of redemption for its series 1998A and 1998B Chicago Midway Airport second-lien revenue bonds. Both series will be redeemed in full on June 16.

The $64,125,000 of outstanding 1998A bonds due Jan. 1, 2029 and the $59,775,000 of outstanding 1998B bonds due Jan. 1, 2029 will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The city originally issued $85.5 million of the 1998A bonds and $85.5 million of the 1998B bonds in September 1998.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
