American Rock Salt calls all $175 million 8¼% notes due 2018

Madison, Wis., May 21 - American Rock Salt Co. LLC will redeem its $175 million of outstanding 8¼% senior secured notes due 2018 in full on June 19, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.125 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The salt miner operator is based in Retsof, N.Y.
