Austin, Texas' $215 million airport system bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., May 20 - The City of Austin, Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas, said its $214,825,000 of series 2005 AMT airport system refunding revenue bonds are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The following will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on June 18:

• $53,725,000 of 2005-1 bonds;

• $53.65 million of 2005-2 bonds;

• $53,725,000 of 2005-3 bonds; and

• $53,725,000 of 2005-4 bonds.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the paying agent and registrar.
