Scientific Games to redeem all 9¼% notes due 2019 via new offering

Norfolk, Va., May 20 - Scientific Games International, Inc. plans to redeem or repurchase all of its outstanding 9¼% senior subordinated notes due 2019 with the proceeds from a new notes offering, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used to pay accrued interest plus any related premiums, fees and costs and for general corporate purposes.

Scientific Games is a New York-based provider of customized, end-to-end gaming services to lottery and gaming organizations.
