Rockport, Ind.'s Indiana Michigan Power bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., May 16 - City of Rockport, Ind., gave notice that its $50 million series 2009A and $50 million series 2009B Indiana Michigan Power Co. pollution control revenue refunding bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on June 2.

The mandatory tender is due to conversion of the bonds to a new long-term interest rate.

The bonds will be purchased on the conversion date at par plus accrued interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
