Burlington, Kan., calls $108.6 million Kansas Gas and Electric bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 5 - The City of Burlington, Kan., called $108.6 million of its series 2004A pollution control refunding revenue bonds issued for the Kansas Gas and Electric Co. Project, according to a notice.

The 5.3% bonds, which are due June 1, 2031, will be redeemed in whole at par plus accrued interest on June 1.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
