Houston calls $304.49 million series 2001 Continental Airlines bonds

Madison, Wis., May 2 - The City of Houston will redeem its Continental Airlines, Inc. Terminal Project series 2001 airport system special facilities revenue bonds on June 2, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $65 million 6.75% bonds due 2021;

• $10 million 7.375% bonds due 2022;

• $208.49 million 6.75% bonds due 2029; and

• $21 million 7% bonds due 2029.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA is the trustee.
