Everett School District No. 2, Wash., defeases 2006, 2007 G.O. bonds

Madison, Wis., April 28 - Everett School District No. 2 of Snohomish County, Wash., gave notice that it defeased $46,665,000 of its unlimited tax general obligation bonds, 2006, and $55,065,000 of its unlimited tax G.O. and refunding bonds, 2007.

The defeased bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date, which is Dec. 1, 2016 for the refunded 2006 bonds and Dec. 1, 2017 for the refunded 2007 bonds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
