Apidos CDO II calls rated & subordinated notes, blended securities

Norfolk, Va., April 22 - Apidos CDO II and Apidos CDO II, Inc. called six series of its rated notes, subordinated notes and blended securities, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 28:

• $38,655,124.31 of class A-1 notes;

• $19,823,140.70 of class A-2 notes;

• $22.5 million of class A-3 notes;

• $24 million of class B notes;

• $13 million of class C notes; and

• $13.5 million of class D notes.

The amount for the subordinated notes is equal to any remaining principal proceeds available for distribution on the redemption date, after the payment of all amounts senior in right of payment to the subordinated notes under the priority of principal payments.

The amount for the blended securities is equal to its allocation of the redemption price of each underlying class, the filing stated.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
