Virginia calls $69.81 million of series 2004B general obligation bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 16 - The Commonwealth of Virginia called $69,805,000 of its series 2004B general obligation refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1:

• $18,725,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2015;

• $19,205,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $14,615,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2017;

• $7.52 million of 4% bonds due June 1, 2018;

• $5.8 million of 4% bonds due June 1, 2019; and

• $3.94 million of 4% bonds due June 1, 2020.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the escrow agent.
