Regal Cinemas announces redemption price for 8 5/8% notes due 2019

Madison, Wis., April 9 - Regal Cinemas Corp. announced that its remaining $44,185,000 of outstanding 8 5/8% senior notes due 2019 will be redeemed on April 10 at $1,064.12 per $1,000 principal amount.

Noteholders will also receive accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of $20.36 per $1,000 principal amount, for a total redemption price of $1,084.48 per $1,000 principal amount.

As previously announced, the company completed a tender offer for its 8 5/8% notes in March. Holders had tendered $355,815,000, or 89%, of the 8 5/8% notes.

The motion picture exhibitor is based in Knoxville, Tenn.
