NYC Transitional calls all $127.48 million fiscal 2004 series D bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 1 - The New York City Transitional Finance Authority called the full $127,475,000 of its fiscal 2004 series D future tax secured refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par on May 1:

• $19,975,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2015;

• $2 million of 3.6% bonds due Nov. 1, 2015;

• $22.08 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $2 million of 3.625% bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $23,625,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $2 million of 3.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2017;

• $51,175,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2014; and

• $1.98 million of 3.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2014.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.
