Visteon to redeem $50 million of its 6¾% notes due April 15, 2019

Norfolk, Va., March 12 - Visteon Corp. called $50 million of its 6¾% notes due April 15, 2019, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest on April 10.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.

Visteon is an automotive supplier based in Van Buren Township, Mich.
