Wisconsin Public Finance calls $23.34 million 2012B Searstone bonds

Norfolk, Va., March 4 - The Wisconsin Public Finance Authority called $23,335,000 of its 8.375% series 2012B entrance fee principal redemption bonds issued for the Searstone CCRC Project, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 14.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
