California Pollution calls $60.57 million 2010 Athens Services bonds

Norfolk, Va., March 3 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority plans to redeem all $60,565,000 of its series 2010 variable-rate bonds issued for the Athens Services Project, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due Oct. 1, 2040, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 2.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
