Indiana Finance's 2010A, B Republic Services bonds subject to tender

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 14 - The Indiana Finance Authority said its series 2010A (AMT) and 2010B (non-AMT) economic development refunding revenue bonds issued for the Republic Services, Inc. Project are subject to mandatory tender, according to two notices.

The authority will purchase $51.25 million of 2010A bonds due May 1, 2034 and $30 million of 2010B bonds due May 1, 2028.

The bonds will be purchased at par on March 3.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
