Grant Joint Union High, Calif., defeases $38.87 million of G.O. bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 31 - The Grant Joint Union High School District of Sacramento and Placer Counties, Calif., defeased $38.87 million of its general obligation bonds, election of 2006, series of 2006, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due Aug. 1, 2015 through 2027 and 2029, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent and escrow agent.
