Orange County (Ladera Ranch), Calif., calls $125.47 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 17 - The Community Facilities District No. 2002-1 and No. 2003-1 of the County of Orange (Ladera Ranch), Calif., plans to redeem $125,465,000 of its special tax bonds, according to two notices.

The district will redeem $68.28 million of No. 2002-1 series A of 2003 bonds due Aug. 15, 2014 through 2022 and 2033 and $57,185,000 of No. 2003-1 series A of 2004 bonds due Aug. 15, 2014 through 2024, 2028 and 2034.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15.

U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent.
