Prestige Brands redeems $48.29 million of 8¼% notes at 105.715

Minneapolis, Jan. 16 - Prestige Brands, Inc. revised the redemption price for its 8¼% senior notes due April 1, 2018, according to a notice.

The company redeemed $48.29 million of the notes at 105.715 plus accrued interest on Jan. 16.

Previously, the redemption price was set at 104.125.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Prestige is a Tarrytown, N.Y.-based marketer and distributor of brand name over-the-counter and household products.
