AGCO gets no tenders for 1.25% convertible notes due 2036

Madison, Wis., Jan. 3 - AGCO, Your Agriculture Co. announced that it received no tenders as of the expiration of a tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 1.25% convertible senior subordinated notes due 2036.

AGCO had offered to purchase on Jan. 2 all or a portion of each holder's notes at par plus accrued interest.

Based in Duluth, Ga., AGCO designs, manufactures and distributes agricultural machinery.
