Maryland Health to redeem all remaining 2005 Villa Julie revenue bonds

Minneapolis, Sept. 26 - The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority called the entire amount outstanding under its $95.56 million series 2005 revenue bonds issued for Villa Julie College, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 16.

Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co. is the trustee.

Villa Julie College changed its name in 2008 to Stevenson University. The university is in Stevenson, Md.
