DONG Energy to redeem its €700 million of 7¾% capital securities

Minneapolis, Sept. 10 - DONG Energy A/S plans to redeem its €700 million of 7¾% callable subordinated capital securities due 3010, according to a notice.

The securities will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest on Oct. 15.

The energy company is based in Fredericia, Denmark.
