Atlanta calls $95.36 million water & wastewater bonds, rescinds some

Minneapolis, Sept. 9 - The City of Atlanta issued a call for $95,355,000 of its series 2001A water and wastewater revenue bonds and rescinded its call for $129.85 million of the bonds, according to two notices.

The city will redeem $72.6 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2033 and $22,755,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2039 at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 1.

The $129.85 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2033 were to be redeemed on Sept. 13.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee or agent.
