State of Illinois calls $31.5 million of FGIC general obligation bonds

Minneapolis, Sept. 3 - The State of Illinois called $31.5 million of its FGIC-transferable custodial receipts related to its general obligation bonds, series A of October 2003, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 1.

U.S. Bank Trust, NA is the successor custodian.
