GMAC announces plans to redeem its 7.35% notes due Aug. 8, 2032

Minneapolis, Aug. 26 - GMAC LLC called its 7.35% notes due Aug. 8, 2032, according to a notice from the New York Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at $25.00 per share plus accrued dividends on Sept. 9.

The financial services arm of General Motors Corp. is based in Detroit.
