NOVA Chemicals to redeem $71.3 million of 8 3/8% notes due 2016

Minneapolis, Aug. 8 - NOVA Chemicals Corp. called its $71,302,000 of 8 3/8% senior notes due 2016 following a tender offer, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.86 plus accrued interest on Aug. 13.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

NOVA Chemicals is a Pittsburgh-based chemical company.
