Nashville and Davidson, Tenn.'s Ascension bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, Aug. 5 - The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., said its series 2001B-1 revenue bonds issued for the Ascension Health Credit Group are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.
The authority will purchase $79,385,000 of bonds, which are due Nov. 15, 2031, on Aug. 13.
Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the bond trustee and tender agent.
