New York City Transitional calls $534.45 million of future tax bonds

Minneapolis, July 1 - The New York City Transitional Finance Authority called $534.45 million of its 2004 series A and 2004 series B future tax secured fiscal bonds, according to two notices.

The authority will redeem $116,175,000 of 2004 series A bonds due Aug. 1, 2014 through 2018, 2021 through 2026, 2031 and 2033, and $418,275,000 of 2004 series B bonds due Aug. 1, 2014 through 2026, 2028 and 2032.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the escrow agent.
