Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust calls series 9 bonds

Minneapolis, July 1 - Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust said it will redeem $115.68 million of its series 9 trust pool program bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 1:
• $13,955,000 of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2019;
• $14.66 million of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2020;
• $15.4 million of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2021;
• $16,195,000 of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2022;
• $5,115,000 of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2023;
• $11,595,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2023;
• $16.89 million of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2028; and
• $21.87 million of variable-rate bonds due Aug. 1, 2033.
Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
The Boston-based trust is responsible for improving the water quality in Massachusetts by providing capital financing to cities, towns and other eligible entities.
