Man Strategic exercises call on its $300 million fixed-rate securities

Minneapolis, June 10 - Man Strategic Holdings Ltd., formerly Man Group plc, exercised the call option on its $300 million fixed-rate subordinated capital securities (ISIN: XS0360932932), according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 7.

Man Strategic Holdings, formerly Man Group, is a London-based alternative investment management business.
