San Antonio defeases $63.48 million of 2003A electric and gas bonds

Madison, Wis., June 7 - The City of San Antonio defeased a portion of its $93,935,000 series 2003A electric and gas systems revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

Specifically, the issuer defeased the Feb. 1, 2014 maturity of the bonds, which had $63,475,000 principal amount outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent.
