Massachusetts HEFA defeases $34.2 million of Williams College bonds

Minneapolis, June 4 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority defeased $34.2 million of its series L (2006) revenue bonds issued for Williams College, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2016:
• $2 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2019;
• $2.1 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2020;
• $2.21 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;
• $2.32 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022;
• $2.44 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;
• $2.57 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2024;
• $2.7 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2025;
• $2.84 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2026; and
• $15.02 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2031.
