Electromagnetic Geoservices repurchases NOK 163.5 million of bonds

Minneapolis, June 6 - Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA repurchased NOK 163.5 million of its existing bond issue EMGS01 due May 2014, according to a notice.

The repurchase was in connection with a new bond issuance.

The Trondheim, Norway, company provides proprietary electromagnetic technology to support oil and gas companies in their search for offshore hydrocarbons.
