Eastern Municipal Water, Calif.'s 2012A bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, May 31 - The Eastern Municipal Water District of California said its $50 million of series 2012A refunding water and sewer bonds are subject to a mandatory tender on June 12, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due July 1, 2038, will be purchased at par.

Union Bank, NA is the trustee.
