Targa Resources Partners calls $100 million of 6 3/8% notes at 106.375

Minneapolis, May 29 - Targa Resources Partners LP and Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. called $100 million of 6 3/8% senior notes due 2022, according to a notice.

The notes, which are due Aug. 1, 2022, will be redeemed at 106.375 plus accrued interest on June 28.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Targa Resources is a Houston-based provider of midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids services.
