Higher Education Loan Authority, Mo., calls $750 million of bonds

Madison, Wis., May 24 - The Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri issued redemption notices for a total of $750 million of its taxable student loan revenue bonds due 2046.

According to one notice, the authority plans to redeem $400 million of senior series 2006F-1, 2006F-2, 2006F-3 and 2006F-4 bonds on July 1.

In another notice, the authority said it will redeem $350 million of senior series 2006F-5, 2006F-6, 2006F-7 and 2006F-8 bonds on July 15.

All of the called bonds will be redeemed at par.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.

The authority is based in St. Louis.
