New Jersey Turnpike defeases $95.88 million series 2005C revenue bonds

Minneapolis, May 21 - The New Jersey Turnpike Authority defeased $95.88 million of its series 2005C turnpike revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem $47,845,000 of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2030 and $48,035,000 of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2035.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1, 2015.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the escrow agent.
