Tobacco Settlement, N.Y., calls some 2003A-1C, 2003B-1C bonds

Minneapolis, May 17 - The Tobacco Settlement Financing Corp. of New York called $148,525,000 of its series 2003A-1C and 2003B-1C asset-backed revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The following 5.5% bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1:

• $82,055,000 of 2003A-1C bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $10,215,000 of 2003A-1C bonds due June 1, 2018;

• $38.36 million of 2003B-1C bonds due June 1, 2019; and

• $17,895,000 of 2003B-1C bonds due June 1, 2018.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
