Matagorda County Navigation's AEP Texas bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, May 15 - The Matagorda County Navigation District No. 1 of Texas said its $120,265,000 of series 2008 AEP Texas Central Co. Project pollution control revenue refunding are subject to mandatory tender for purchase, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on June 3.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the paying agent.

AEP Texas is a unit of American Electric Power Co., Inc., an electricity generator based in Columbus, Ohio.
