Delaware Health calls $46.87 million of 2002 Nanticoke Memorial bonds

Minneapolis, May 13 - The Delaware Health Facilities Authority called $16.62 million of its series 2002A and $30.25 million of its 2002B Nanticoke Memorial Hospital Project revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following 2002A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 11:

• $1.52 million of 4.5% bonds due May 1, 2014;

• $1,585,000 of 4.6% bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $1.66 million of 5.25% bonds due May 1, 2016;

• $1,745,000 of 4.8% bonds due May 1, 2017;

• $1.83 million of 4.9% bonds due May 1, 2018;

• $1.92 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2019;

• $2,015,000 of 5.05% bonds due May 1, 2020;

• $2.12 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2021; and

• $2,225,000 of 5% bonds due May 1, 2022.

The authority will also redeem $30.25 million of 5.625% series 2002B bonds due May 1, 2032.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Based in Wilmington, Del., the Delaware Health Facilities Authority provides financing for health care facilities. Nanticoke is a hospital in Seaford, Del.
