Connecticut Municipal defeases $42.53 million 2006A power supply bonds

Minneapolis, May 13 - The Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative defeased $42.53 million of its 5% 2006 series A power supply system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due Jan. 1, 2022, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1, 2017.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Connecticut Municipal Electric is based in Norwich, Conn.
