Virginia's Manassas authority calls $64.6 million Prince William bonds

Minneapolis, May 7 - The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Manassas, Va., called the full $64.57 million of its series 2002 hospital revenue bonds issued for Prince William Hospital, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem $20.11 million of 5.125% bonds due April 1, 2023 and $44.46 million of 5.25% bonds due April 1, 2033.

The bonds will be redeemed at par on June 6.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.

Prince William Hospital is located in Manassas.
