Kansas Development defeases water pollution, water supply revenue bonds

Minneapolis, May 6 - The Kansas Development Finance Authority defeased its water pollution control revolving fund revenue bonds and public water supply revolving loan fund revenue bonds, according to filings with the Electronic Municipal Market Access website.
The following water pollution control bonds were defeased:
• $755,000 of 5% 2004 series II bonds due May 1, 2021, to be redeemed on May 1, 2014;
• $5.1 million of 5% 2004 series II bonds due May 1, 2022, to be redeemed on May 1, 2014;
• $1.94 million of 4.75% 2004 series II bonds due May 1, 2023, to be redeemed on May 1, 2014;
• $3.78 million of 5% 2004 series II bonds due May 1, 2023, to be redeemed on May 1, 2014;
• $5.11 million of 5% 2005 CW bonds due Nov. 1, 2022, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2015;
• $6,205,000 of 4.25% 2005 CW bonds due Nov. 1, 2026, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2015;
• $4,595,000 of 4.125% 2008 CW bonds due Nov. 1, 2019, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2013;
• $11 million of 5% 2008 CW bonds due Nov. 1, 2024, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2013; and
• $5.07 million of 5% 2008 CW bonds due Nov. 1, 2025, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2013.
The following public water supply bonds were defeased:
• $2,125,000 of 3.5% series 2004 bonds due April 1, 2014;
• $7,455,000 of 5% series 2004 bonds due April 1, 2014;
• $10,615,000 of 5% series 2004 bonds due April 1, 2015;
• $815,000 of 3.7% series 2004 bonds due April 1, 2016;
• $10.57 million of 5% series 2004 bonds due April 1, 2016;
• $535,000 of 2% 2009DW-1 bonds due April 1, 2014;
• $545,000 of 2.25% 2009DW-1 bonds due April 1, 2015;
• $560,000 of 2.5% 2009DW-1 bonds due April 1, 2016; and
• $7.61 million of 2.5% 2009DW-1 bonds due April 1, 2017.
